# We&Co

> We&Co is a professional networking organization founded in Springfield, Missouri in 2020. We connect small business owners and entrepreneurs across Southwest Missouri in small, high-trust referral groups called Huddles — helping members become each other's go-to referral partners and grow their businesses together.

- A **Huddle** is We&Co's signature format: 8–12 professionals who share the same target audience but do not compete. Members meet twice monthly for structured referral exchange and peer support.
